Straight, barrel, tapered and sculpted ceramic mug shapes in matte, glossy and reactive glazes. Decal, debossed or hand-painted logos from 500 pcs.
Compare ceramic materials: stoneware vs porcelain vs bone china.
EKAY is a ceramic mug manufacturer in Liling, China, producing wholesale stoneware, porcelain and new bone china mugs for private-label brands, coffee roasters, retailers and promotional buyers. Straight, barrel, tapered, embossed and sculpted bodies are all made in-house, from 500 pieces per design.
Standard capacities run 240 ml (8 oz), 330 ml (11 oz), 400 ml (14 oz) and 500 ml (17 oz), with handle shapes from classic C-handle to D-handle, ear handle and sculpted figure handles. Stoneware bodies are heavier and warmer in tone; porcelain and new bone china are thinner and whiter, which suits café and hospitality service where stacking weight matters. Custom shapes are produced from your drawing, 3D file or a physical reference mug.
Logos and artwork can be applied by decal (in-glaze or on-glaze), full-wrap digital print, debossed or embossed relief, hand-painting, electroplating and metallic or pearlescent reactive glaze. Reactive glazes give every mug a slightly different flow pattern, which works well for artisan retail lines; decal and digital print are the right choice when colour must match a brand guideline across repeat orders. A branded backstamp on the foot is available on all decoration routes.
MOQ starts at 500 pieces per design and per colour. Existing-mould samples usually ship in 7-10 days; new shape development with tooling takes 15-25 days. Bulk production runs 30-45 days depending on decoration complexity and order size, plus ocean transit.
Mugs are produced to FDA, LFGB, California Prop 65 and EU 1935/2004 food-contact requirements, with lead and cadmium migration, thermal shock, dishwasher and microwave testing available per shipment. The factory holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BSCI and AEO certification.
