From clay to finished plate — watch how our ceramic plates are shaped, glazed and fired. Close-up footage of the craftsmanship behind every piece.
What does it take to turn raw clay into a durable, beautiful ceramic plate? This video walks you through the key stages of our production line. It starts with high-density stoneware clay that is press-formed and trimmed to consistent wall thickness, ensuring each plate sits flat on the table and withstands daily use without warping.
Next comes the glazing stage. Our reactive and matte glazes are applied by hand and by spray booth, depending on the finish required. The close-up footage shows how glaze pools and settles naturally across the plate surface, creating the depth and texture that define each range. Plates are then fired at high temperature, where the clay body vitrifies and the glaze fuses into a non-porous, food-safe surface that is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
We pay particular attention to the rim, foot ring and overall balance of every piece — details that matter most in commercial settings where plates stack, move and go through commercial dishwashers every day. For wholesale buyers and hospitality procurement teams, this level of process visibility is part of our commitment to quality transparency.
